Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee perfect operation. Our liability is limited as follows:

  • Service Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Data Loss: While rare, technical issues may result in file loss. Always keep backups
  • Processing Quality: Results may vary based on source material and processing parameters
  • Maximum Liability: Limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your account data will be permanently removed
  • Access to paid features will end immediately
  • No refunds for unused subscription time

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
